Prof. Review, Consult. & Utility Application Package Preparation [2, 2, 3/1]	The following tasks will be performed prior to filing by a registered patent attorney if this service is selected: (1) review of your description/notes and drawings/sketches (up to 2 figures) you'll submit through our online questionnaire; recommend improvement of the figures, if necessary; (2) up to three (1 hour total) in-person, phone, or e-mail consultations with the inventor; (3) drafting of the invention specification (up to 2 pages (12 pt font, 1.5 line space)): summary of the invention, invention background, brief description of the drawings, detailed description, abstract, and the other required elements of the specification; (4) draft of the patent claims (up to 3 total; 1 independent claim); (5) preparation of Application Data Sheet (ADS); (6) preparation of Oath and Declaration; (7) preparation of the Power of Attorney. Utility Application Filing	Your Non-Provisional [Utility] Patent Application is electronically filed with the USPTO by a registered patent attorney. You receive confirmation of filing and - among other benefits - you can start using the "Patent Pending" notice in connection with your invention. No review of the application is included in this service. It is just that : application filing. Therefore, this service should be ordered ONLY if on of the above utility patent application preparation services is also ordered.	Flat Fee: $295 [+ $462 USPTO filing fee for small entity]
After- Filing Services	One or more of the following services may or may not be necessary after the filing of the non-provisional [utility] patent application: response to office action(s), petition(s), appeal(s), submission of issue fee, interference, reexamination, reissue etc. None of the after-filing services are included in the services described and quoted above.
